This is a permanent, full-time position ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in a finance role and familiar with Sage 50.
About the Role:
In this position, your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing sales and purchase ledgers
- Raising invoices and credit notes
- Verifying invoice accuracy and resolving discrepancies
- Conducting bank reconciliations and posting transactions
- Managing our finance mailbox with professionalism and efficiency
- Assisting with monthly and quarterly financial reporting
- Conducting credit checks on new clients
- Ensuring timely payments and managing arrears
- Collaborating with debt management consultants
- Adhering to quarterly financial schedules
- Performing various administrative finance tasks to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, exceptional accuracy, and excellent organisational skills. Experience with Sage 50 and a proactive approach is essential.
