We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join a busy Finance team within the Higher Education sector.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong AR and credit control experience who enjoys leading a team, improving processes and working with a wide range of stakeholders.
You’ll be responsible for:

Leading and supporting a team across Accounts Receivable and Credit Control

Overseeing collections and ensuring accurate financial records

Monitoring performance, targets and key financial information

Producing regular reporting and analysis for senior stakeholders

Identifying ways to improve processes and ways of working

Working closely with Finance Systems, Treasury and other internal teams to resolve issues and improve cash flow
We’re looking for someone who has:

Strong, hands-on Accounts Receivable experience

Previous experience managing, coaching or supporting a team

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Confidence working with senior stakeholders and communicating financial information

Experience working in a fast-paced Finance environment
-
Higher Education and/or Oracle experience would be advantageous
