Bella & Duke is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Acquisition Campaign Manager to join their pack within their Performance Marketing Team as they continue to grow and build on the success of their campaign objectives. In this role, you will be central to delivering their acquisition strategy, working closely with the Digital Growth Manager to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly to achieve their ambitious growth targets. You will work closely with the Head of Brand Experience and Head of Content to align campaign execution for brand salience, with the aim of reaching, educating and attracting customers to their pet wellness offering.
As a core member of the Performance Marketing Team, you’ll be collaborating with multiple teams within the business such as the brand, Content and Communications, new product development and digital UX design teams.
What you will be doing
The Campaign Manager will report to the Director of Growth.
- Manage the planning and execution of all integrated marketing campaigns to achieve campaign objectives.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies (media agencies) to deliver integrated campaign planning and proposing appropriate budget allocation to deliver campaign objectives and outcomes.
- Working with the wider team to drive both short term and longer term KPI’s.
- Being accountable for managing TV and offline media planning, working alongside the Digital Growth Manager to ensure all media is optimised to achieve objectives, with a strong focus on testing to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with data and brand teams with utilisation of persona and behavioural insights to elevate campaign performance and deliver successful outcomes for the customer and the business.
- To successfully forecast campaign performance and effectively track and report, in-flight and post campaign
- To effectively use data insight and experience to make recommendations for budgets and manage budget splits to successfully achieve campaign objectives for acquisition and retention
What you'll bring to the role
You will be:
- Passionate about and experienced in planning and delivering marketing campaigns and keen to continuously keep ahead of the curve
- Be personable, able to successfully network with external agencies in order to achieve joint successful outcomes of working with, or in media agencies would be advantageous.
- Experienced in a similarly fast-paced, commercially focused retail or subscription direct to consumer environment, ideally a minimum of 5 years experience.
- Knowledgeable of customer targeting and segmentation principles.
- A real team player with the ability to work with other experts to achieve performance marketing success.
- Experienced in TV and print media planning and measurement
- Have an understanding of PPC, SEO and social media.
- Knowledgeable on performance marketing measures and understand how these can work with organic measures to achieve business goals.
- Understanding of attribution models would be highly advantageous.
- Proactive in researching, proposing and collaborating across the business to deliver innovative campaigns.
