Iconic Resourcing is supporting a well established organisation to recruit a Marketing Assistant/Administrator to join their marketing team on a temporary basis, initially for 6 months
This role will provide vital administrative and coordination support to a busy Direct Marketing function, helping to ensure campaigns run smoothly from planning through to delivery.
Working closely with the Direct Marketing team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of direct mail campaigns and helping to keep multiple moving parts organised. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys the operational side of campaigns and wants to build hands on experience within direct marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting the coordination and delivery of direct mail campaigns
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate campaign records
- Liaising with internal teams including creative, compliance and customer experience
- Chasing artwork approvals and ensuring campaign timelines stay on track
- Ordering and managing campaign materials and stock
- Supporting relationships with external suppliers involved in campaign delivery
- Providing general administrative support to the direct marketing team
About you
- This role would suit someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast paced marketing environment.
- You may currently be working as a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Administrator or in a similar coordination role and looking to gain more exposure to direct marketing campaigns.
- We are particularly interested in candidates who are proactive, detail focused and confident managing multiple tasks at once.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns or working within a marketing team would be beneficial, but strong administration and coordination skills are equally important.
