Iconic Resourcing are supporting our highly established, Glasgow-based client within the Investments & Wealth Management sector as they continue to grow, and as such are seeking an experienced Administrator on a full-time, permanent & hybrid basis.
Our client have a rich history in providing Investment & Wealth Management services for over 3 centuries, with a strong reputation in the market for their inclusive and collaborative working culture. Reporting into the Team Manager, you would be responsible for providing a comprehensive administrative support to ensure effective and efficient operations of the team to deliver an excellent customer service. Key areas of the role will surround:
- Ensure the timely administration of client accounts ensuring accuracy from account opening through their life cycle
- Ensure the timely and accurate management of the administrative processes of client onboarding, AML checks, account opening amendments and managing the retention of client documentation
- Answering client calls via email/ phone query
- Ensure the timely sending of client documentation as and when requested
- Adhoc duties as and when required
To be successful in this role, the following experience is required:
- At least 12 months’ experience within a fast-paced administrative position
- Good AML knowledge
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage own workload
- Ability to deal with differing deadlines and prioritise tasks
- Excellent IT literacy (MS Office essential)
