Iconic Resourcing are supporting our highly established, Glasgow-based client within the Investments & Wealth Management sector as they continue to grow, and as such are seeking an experienced Administrator on a full-time, permanent & hybrid basis.
Our client have a rich history in providing Investment & Wealth Management services for over 3 centuries, with a strong reputation in the market for their inclusive and collaborative working culture. Reporting into the Team Manager, you will be responsible for offering extensive administrative assistance to clients and IFAs, ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the team and broader business, in order to provide exceptional client service. Key areas of the role will surround:
- Manage client administration processes in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy of data including transfers, client payments, client onboarding and client account amendments
- Promptly resolve client queries either verbally or in writing
- Type and produce accurate documentation in the agreed format, including letters and emails. Edit and correct as necessary
- Create or amend presentations or meeting packs for client or IFA meetings using appropriate IT systems (PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant Rathbone systems)
- Communicate with clients and IFAs, either by telephone or letter, providing accurate and up-to-date information. Project a positive image of the organisation
- Produce typed documents to a high standard of presentation and accuracy
- Manage and file correspondence and records in a timely manner
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and IFAs
- Develop expertise in all areas of MPS to provide support for colleagues
- Contribute to support staff meetings, suggesting improvements to procedures
- Share best working practices with other support staff
- Undertake any other reasonably required duties
To be successful in this role, the following experience is required:
- Strong experience within an administrative capacity
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage own workload
- Ability to deal with differing deadlines and prioritise tasks
- Excellent IT literacy (MS Office essential)
