Our client, a prestigious firm within the legal sector, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of 5 professionals while managing and driving AML projects within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of 5 AML professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective operations.

Oversee and manage AML compliance across the business, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Lead AML projects, including process improvements, regulatory changes, and system enhancements.

Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to identify and mitigate money laundering risks.

Conduct risk assessments and perform detailed due diligence on clients, transactions, and business relationships.

Monitor and review internal controls to ensure compliance with relevant AML legislation and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in an AML role, preferably within the legal sector..

Experience in leading and managing teams, with the ability to motivate and develop others.

Excellent project management skills, with experience leading and delivering AML-related projects.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant qualifications, such as ICA Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering, are desirable.

Knowledge of relevant systems and technology to support AML processes.
