Are you an ambitious Corporate Solicitor looking to join a market-leading team within one of the UK’s most dynamic and fast-growing national firms? This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-value corporate transactions across energy, infrastructure, and wider commercial sectors, within a firm that has established itself as a major player in the Scottish market.
The firm has grown to over one hundred professionals and continues to expand. The Corporate team sits at the heart of this success, advising on M&A, joint ventures, and private equity transactions for an impressive portfolio of UK and international clients.
You’ll be joining a collaborative, entrepreneurial team where partners are approachable, client relationships are shared, and career progression is actively supported. The Edinburgh office is viewed as a key part of the wider business, not a satellite, offering real autonomy and visibility within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:

Advise on a broad range of corporate transactions including M&A, joint ventures, and private equity deals

Act for clients across energy, infrastructure, and broader commercial sectors

Manage client relationships with increasing responsibility and autonomy

Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues across multiple offices

Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the Scottish corporate practice
Who We’re Looking For:

Qualified Solicitor (3-6 years PQE) with strong experience in Corporate/M&A work

Trained and/or currently working within a top-tier or highly regarded commercial firm

Excellent technical ability, attention to detail, and commercial judgement

Confident communicator with a proactive, relationship-driven approach

Motivated, collaborative, and keen to be part of a growing and ambitious team
