Associate / Senior Associate - Employment
Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow (Hybrid)
Salary: £71,000 to £90,000 plus Bonus and Benefits
I'm working with a top tier international law firm on an opportunity within their highly regarded Employment team. This is an opportunity to join a large, well resourced UK practice with over 50 employment solicitors, that sits at the heart of a global network, advising FTSE 100 companies and well known household names on complex, high value matters.
The Role
You'll be involved in a broad mix of contentious and non contentious work including:
- Day to day advisory support to commercial clients
- Employment aspects of corporate, commercial and real estate transactions
- Tribunal, civil court and appellate litigation
- Large scale restructures, redundancies, TUPE and industrial relations matters
- Investigations (including regulatory)
- Strategic and cross border projects with an international dimension
The work is fast paced, varied and often high profile, with regular exposure to multi jurisdictional matters and collaboration across international teams.
