Associate - Private Client
Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 plus Bonus and Benefits
An ambitious and growing Scottish law firm is seeking an Associate to join their Private Client team, ideally based in Edinburgh.
The firm has experienced significant growth over the past decade and now employs over 300 staff. This role offers the opportunity to join a large team of around 75 professionals, working alongside partners, solicitors, trainees and paralegals.
The successful individual will manage a varied caseload including wills, powers of attorney, trusts and estate administration, while also supporting the development of the firm's Edinburgh presence. Initially the work will have a strong estate administration focus, evolving into a broader private client role as the department continues to integrate its services.
The position would suit someone looking to step into a leadership focused role, with the opportunity to supervise junior solicitors and contribute to the growth of the team.
Requirements
- 4+ years PQE with strong experience with wills, powers of attorney, trusts and estate administration.
- Excellent client relationship and organisational skills
