If so, we are actively seeking a proactive and accomplished Associate/Senior Associate to join their accomplished Commercial Litigation team. This role presents a unique opportunity for an experienced litigator to take charge of intricate commercial disputes and elevate their career within a thriving legal practice.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Skillfully manage your caseload, ensuring competent, professional, efficient, and cost-effective execution of tasks to meet both client and firm objectives.
- Legal Counsel: Provide expert advice to clients on the validity of their cases, offering comprehensive risk/benefit analysis for settlement options or proceeding with the dispute.
- Evidence Gathering: Strategically gather evidence and witnesses to substantiate clients' positions, developing robust case strategies.
- Dispute Resolution: Initiate court proceedings or alternative dispute resolution processes as required.
- Representation: Represent clients in hearings, case management conferences, and interact effectively with counsel during briefing meetings.
- Court Advocacy: Skillfully advocate for clients in sheriff court proceedings, proofs, and debates.
- Document Drafting: Draft pleadings with precision, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research and provide advisory services on various dispute areas, including insolvency, construction, property, and company/commercial matters.
- Financial Management: Take a proactive role in financial oversight, including accurate time recording and timely fee management for both your matters and team assignments.
- Team Collaboration: Positively contribute to the wider Litigation division by collaborating with team members and actively participating in delivering technical training.
- Legal Proficiency: Keep abreast of evolving case law and legislative changes pertinent to relevant areas of law.
