What you'll do
You'll take ownership of audit engagements from planning through to completion, leading fieldwork, reviewing complex areas, and ensuring assignments are delivered efficiently and to the highest professional standards. You'll become a trusted contact for clients, building strong relationships while providing practical insight that extends beyond the audit itself.
You'll also supervise and develop junior members of the team, reviewing their work, providing coaching, and helping them grow professionally. Working closely with managers and partners, you'll contribute to audit quality, support business development where appropriate, and play an active role in maintaining the collaborative culture that underpins the team's continued success.
What you'll need
• CA or ACCA qualified
• Around four to six years' audit experience, including post-qualification experience
• Strong knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards
• Experience supervising and developing junior team members
• Confidence managing client relationships and leading audit assignments
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, quality-focused approach with strong commercial awareness
