Benefits Manager/Senior Reward Analyst

Iconic Resourcing HR are delighted to be working with a global business who are classed as a world leader in their field and who due to a recent acquisition, are now looking for a Benefits Manager/Senior Reward Analyst to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
The main purpose of this role is to act as the Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Partner for your assigned region which will include delivery of the C&B strategy and advising HR, management and employees with regards to C&B policies, procedures, systems and conditions. This includes process delivery, project management, data research and analysis, tools, and compliance as well as client/vendor management.
You will be responsible for the full management of the company benefits offering which will include Life Insurance, Accident and Disability Plans, Critical Illness Plans, Medical Plans and Recreational Benefits. You will also ensure local benefits programs remain compliant with local legislation, competitive with local and job markets and aligned with the company total rewards strategy. You will also be responsible for aligning and harmonizing the benefits and compensation programs and policies within allocated portfolio countries plus support on benefits design and policy development, driving communication to key stakeholders and employees.
The successful candidate with manage existing benefit providers and brokers in support of benefit renewals and negotiations and supporting claims as well as identify new opportunities to enhance existing benefit programs. You will assist with merger and acquisition activity, which mainly includes Total Rewards integration of newly acquired companies and support in the planning of the annual pay and bonus rounds. This will include market movement analysis, budgeting considering with local mandatory increases, validation and testing of tools and systems, process execution and data integrity checks.
We are seeking applications from candidates who have experience of managing Benefits within multiple countries in multi-national businesses. Experience of working within Unionised/Works Council environments would be advantageous but not essential. You will also be comfortable with designing and rolling out country benefit polices and support introducing flexible benefit programs and platforms/systems. Experience of operating flexible benefits platforms is required; Darwin platform experience is preferred.
You will also have strong business acumen and be able to link benefits and compensation priorities to key business drivers, ensuring spend is targeted towards initiatives with the highest return on investment. Technical expertise and excellent stakeholder engagement skills are fundamental to success within the role. You will also have advanced levels of analytical skills and be an Excel super user.
