Bid & Marketing Coordinator
Glasgow (fully office based for the first 3 months and hybrid thereafter)

Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be partnering with multidisciplinary design firm in Glasgow as they look to recruit a Bid & Marketing Coordinator. This is a varied and fast paced role supporting bid activity across four UK studios, alongside assisting with wider marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with teams across the business to coordinate high quality submissions and support ongoing brand and digital marketing activity.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage bid submissions across multiple studios and disciplines
- Monitor tender portals daily for new opportunities and manage bid trackers, deadlines and portal information
- Download, organise and maintain bid documentation and supporting information
- Coordinate the bid and no bid process and liaise with internal teams to gather required content
- Work closely with external consultants to collate information for submissions
- Maintain and update bid libraries, accreditation portals and image libraries
- Support wider marketing activity including website updates, social media, presentations and practice collateral
- Assist with internal communications, awards submissions and brand templates
Requirements
- Previous experience within a bid coordination or bid support role
- Experience managing PQQs, ITTs and service proposals
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast moving environment
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working across multiple teams
- High attention to detail and strong literacy skills
- Experience using public sector tender portals would be advantageous
- Competent using Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign
- Experience within architecture, consultancy or the built environment would be beneficial
