Billing Assistant
Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow (Hybrid – Minimum 1 day on-site)
Salary: up to £30,000 + bonus + excellent benefits
We’re looking for a Billing Assistant to join our clients friendly and dynamic finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the smooth running of their billing operations and contribute to the success of a forward-thinking, growing firm.
The Role
As a Billing Assistant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient billing processes across the firm. Your day-to-day work will be varied and rewarding, including:
- Processing client invoices, credit notes and amendments.
- Managing billing and e-billing inboxes, handling queries, and client/matter updates.
- Ensuring compliance and adherence to firm billing procedures.
- Supporting client-specific requirements.
- Supporting e-billing setup, maintenance and electronic submissions.
- Assisting with ad hoc billing tasks.

- A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with others.
- Experienced in a similar billing position
