Brand & Campaigns Coordinator
St Andrews (Hybrid 3 days office/ 2 days WFH)
The new Brand & Campaigns Coordinator will join a specialist brand team, and take responsibility for the administration, management & completion of any queries relating to brand guardianship, across The R&A portfolio. You will support the delivery and coordination of campaigns and brand initiatives and build excellent two way communications with key stakeholders.
You’ll manage the online brand approval system, monitoring and assessing this on a regular basis. You’ll administer brand guidelines with accuracy and clarity, supporting the Brand team to implement improvements. You’ll ensure all brand assets are produced and delivered in the correct format. You’ll also coordinate and administer regular brand audits across all campaigns and Championships. You’ll also get the opportunity to support the brand team across a variety of projects, initiatives and campaigns.
This is a full time permanent position working 35 hours per week, typically Monday - Friday. The successful candidate will be able to work on a hybrid basis, splitting their time between their St Andrews offices and your home, should you wish. There will be additional hours and responsibilities around a busy events schedule.

We want to speak to Marketing graduates, with experience working within brand management. You’ll demonstrate an eye for detail and a passion for working for a luxury brand. You’ll also have experience using a Digital Asset Management System and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
