Iconic Resourcing are partnering with The R&A, as they look to hire a new Brand Coordinator into their marketing team. As the team look forward to a busy calendar of events next year, they require some additional support in managing brand requests and approvals in relation to The Open and the AIG Women’s Cup.
This role would be well suited to a marketer with some experience in this space, but really looking to come in and develop as they gain lots of hands on experience. The successful candidate will be joining a well established team and will have the benefit of their experience, as they find their feet.
What will you be doing, day to day?
- Management and execution of all internal and external brand requests and approvals process.
- Management of the Digital Asset Management System, including guideline administration and asset management.
- Ensuring brand processes are followed and all artwork and assets are filed efficiently and accurately.
- Working with the Brand team to ensure the brand is applied consistently across Championship staging.
- Support the Retail department on brand approvals.
- Support Marketing team colleagues in the supply of brand assets for content production, marketing campaigns and sponsorship activation.
- Provide administrative support for The R&A’s photographic library and outsourced partners.
What skills and experience are we looking for, from you?
- Previous experience working on a brand focused project.
- Meticulous administration and time management skills.
- A passion for progressing in a brand role.
- Strong oral and verbal communications skills.
- Degree qualified, in Marketing, Brand or similar.
