Client Relationship Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver account management and relationship development for a portfolio of enterprise clients, driving retention and revenue growth

Act as the primary client contact, building senior stakeholder relationships and leading direct client engagement across global accounts

Develop and execute strategic account plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives and identifying new commercial opportunities
- Lead and contribute to client team performance, including mentoring junior team members and providing informal line management / coaching support
- Coordinate internally across global teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, leveraging firm-wide expertise and resources
- Drive business development activity, including identifying market opportunities, supporting bids/pitches and introducing new services to clients
Key Requirements

Proven experience in account management within legal or professional services, particularly with enterprise clients

Strong background in client-facing roles, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders

Demonstrated experience in business development and revenue growth, including expanding existing accounts
- Experience providing line management, mentoring or coaching to junior colleagues and wider teams
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
