Cloud Sales Manager
Iconic Resourcing is proud to partner with an award-winning AWS consulting partner to recruit a Senior Cloud Sales Manager to join their expanding team in London. You will lead new business sales operations across your regions. The role involves driving revenue growth, cultivating customer relationships, and implementing innovative sales strategies to expand the company's market presence in the region.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Develop, implement, and oversee effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adapt strategies effectively.
- Work with Sales Admin and Solution Architect to create proposals, technical scopes, and project mapping.
Business Development:
- Identify and target new business opportunities, expanding market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as the primary point of contact for major accounts.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, providing tailored solutions that align with their goals.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on market conditions, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecast future sales trends, and deliver a detailed analysis of sales performance.
- Track sales activities against established targets using CRM tools or sales tracking software.
- Present results and recommendations to senior management regularly.
Collaboration and Internal Alignment:
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales strategies align with broader company objectives.
- Communicate insights to internal teams for continuous improvement and innovation.
Client Engagement & Travel:
- Regularly travel across the UK and EU to meet clients, attend industry events, and support the sales team.
