We're working with a global brand that is looking to hire a new Communications Manager. This opportunity would be suited to an outgoing and creative people person, who will drive innovation and activity across their business unit. This unique role incorporates internal communications and campaign delivery and will offer variety and opportunity to develop your skills.
You'll be solely responsible for the development of the current internal communications calendar. Then, you'll work with senior stakeholders, to deliver to a team of about 200 people regionally. There will be some requirements for global comms campaigns too, and you will find yourself carrying out some international travel. The second part of this role is campaign delivery for any new products and services the company is launching. You'll act almost like an agency, providing comprehensive brand guidelines and campaign strategy for your (B2B) clients.

Internal Communicaitons Manager

We're looking to speak to communication professionals in West of Scotland, who would be open to a contract opportunity. Working with an unconnected workforce, some of the key priorities will be engaging people across the business, who spend most of their time offline. Some key projects have been aligned to this role and would be great experience for someone looking to develop their skills in this space. You'll be responsible for content creation and delivery of some exciting new projects, as the organisation go through a rebrand externally.
Working closely with external comms, PR and marketing, you'll be responsible for leading all on and offline internal comms channels. You'll spend a lot of time working ith stakeholders, to delivery best practice employer brand, you'll also deliver the majority of the content calendar, for 2024/2025.
We're looking for someone who has experience in this space and is confident making decisions. You'll be exceptionally well orgnaised, a great communicator, you'll have experience managing an intranet, and ideally you'll have confident social media skills.
