Are you a passionate and driven lawyer with a background in contentious construction law? We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified lawyer with 0-4 years PQE to join our dynamic Construction and Infrastructure Disputes team. This role is based in Edinburgh or Glasgow, offering flexibility for hybrid working.
What You’ll Do: As part of our team, you will:
- Provide high-quality advice to sophisticated commercial clients on complex, high-value issues.
- Shape and deliver client objectives by identifying and implementing effective legal solutions.
- Play an active role in representing clients in formal proceedings and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) across the UK.
- Assist in documenting settlements and dispute-related agreements.
- Work in a collaborative and supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth.
