Iconic Resourcing is proud to be partnering with one of Scotland’s most respected law firms in the search for a talented Residential Property Paralegal to join their busy team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a firm that truly values its people, with a supportive culture, flexible working, and plenty of scope for growth. You’ll play a key part in delivering smooth, stress-free transactions for clients buying and selling their homes. Working closely with clients and housebuilders, you’ll manage a range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:

Handling purchases of new-build homes and coordinating sales of existing properties

Taking client instructions and progressing missives within tight timescales

Keeping files accurate and up to date with all correspondence and documentation

Liaising with housebuilders and estate agents, sharing regular updates
-
Drafting legal documents and providing clear title reports to clients
-
Managing all stages of the conveyancing process including sales, purchases, and remortgages

Supporting with post-settlement work alongside a Conveyancing Assistant
We’re looking for someone with a real passion for property law and a proven track record in residential conveyancing. You should be confident running transactions independently and committed to providing a top-quality client experience.
