Iconic Resourcing Legal are proud to partner with our client based in the west end of Glasgow for the role of Solicitor based in their highly regarded and busy Conveyancing Team, known for their high quality work and enviable reputation in the market.
The required candidate will ideally have a minimum of 1 years PQE or be able to demonstrate competence in the following;
- Handling all residential conveyancing matters from inception to complete
- Residential Sales and Purchase transactions
- Transfer of Title and Equity Release
- Experience dealing with large home developers caseload would be advantageous
- Demonstrate effectively handling a busy caseload whilst maintaining client relations
- Meet all deadlines and comply with all company procedures
- Be client focused and provide advice and guidance confidently
- Have the ability to work automatously whilst being an effective part of a wider team
The successful candidate will gain exposure across all areas of residential conveyancing, receive appropriate training where required and be afforded the time to develop their skillset.
