The firm seek a corporate solicitor ideally with 2+ years’ PQE to join a team built up with senior fee earners.
You will provide technically excellent legal advice on a full range of corporate matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a demanding corporate caseload providing an outstanding level of service to clients.
- Build and maintain working relationships with clients. Establish credibility, influence where appropriate and provide excellent client service.
- Support partners are larger and more complex transactions.
Skills and Experience Required
- Gained a minimum of 2 years’ PQE within a highly regarded firm in the UK or internationally.
- Excellent academics
- Experience within corporate is essential ideally within private equity, capital markets, M&A and general corporate advisory.
- Excellent business development skills.
