The opportunity:
Perhaps best known for their strengths and reputation in a range of areas from Real Estate, Transport, Infrastructure, renewables and Energy sectors, the firm's highly regarded Corporate team in Scotland concludes complex and often market-leading transactions for clients which fall within a wide range of sectors, geographies, and work streams, such as:
• M&A;
• Corporate finance and securities transactions
• Private equity and venture capital
• Strategic alliances and projects
• Commercial agreements
What you’ll do:
This is an enviable opportunity for an ambitious, entrepreneurial corporate solicitor to play a key role supporting the business and being an integral part of the development of the wider team. This is a growing department is seeking a corporate solicitor from around 3+ years’ PQE coming from a mid-tier Scottish, regional, national, or international firms. This is a chance to help shape an ambitious team and will offer promotion opportunities within the firm. You’ll be handling a mixed caseload of corporate work that includes, but is not limited to, corporate finance and governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, re-organisations, venture capital, private equity and capital markets.

What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years' PQE (candidates with more PQE will also be considered).
- Scottish or English Qualified Solicitor.
- Solid knowledge and track record of working on a range of corporate work.
- Passion and enthusiasm for actively contributing to the team's success.
- Independent working skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Excellent communications skills with the ability to build and develop strong collaborative working relationships.
- Ability to mentor and support the wider team.
