Role - Corporate Tax Associate Director
Location - Glasgow / Edinburgh
Full-time, Hybrid / flexible hours
Salary - £65,000 – £80,000

What you'll do
You'll manage a varied portfolio of corporate tax clients, taking responsibility for both complex compliance work and a growing volume of advisory projects. Your work will include tax planning, restructuring support, due diligence, transactions, and wider business advisory assignments, often working closely with colleagues across audit, deals, and other specialist teams.
You'll review the work of junior team members, ensuring technical quality while helping them develop their skills. Alongside delivery, you'll play an active role in identifying new advisory opportunities, contributing to proposals, and supporting broader business development activity across the region.
What you'll need
• ACA qualified or equivalent
• CTA qualified or strong demonstrable tax advisory experience
• Solid background in corporate tax compliance and review of computations
• Proven exposure to advisory work such as transactions, restructuring or due diligence
• Experience managing client relationships and a busy portfolio
• Confidence working directly with clients and internal stakeholders
• Interest in business development and identifying new opportunities
• Experience operating at Manager level or equivalent, ready to step into Associate Director responsibilities
