Hours: Monday–Friday, business hours
We’re recruiting for an experienced customer-facing support professional to join a busy team on a temporary basis.
This role will involve:

Managing enquiries from business customers and partners

Supporting bookings, schedules, and account-related queries

Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently

Providing clear, professional service in a fast-paced environment

Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Strong customer service or account management experience

Confident communicating with external stakeholders

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Comfortable working independently and prioritising workload

Systems-savvy and quick to pick up processes
