ESPC is looking for a Data Analyst to join their marketing team, driving insights from across the industry and creating ideas for stories through their data and analytics.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an energetic and busy in-house marketing team, taking ownership of their reporting and insights functions and influence what the marketing strategy looks like moving forward.
ESPC are looking for an enthusiastic team player who can bring real value to the role and help ensure their marketing campaigns and ongoing content meet and exceed expectations.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the new Data Analyst will produce and present key company and industry KPI’s, these reports will then be used to create the foundations of news articles, press releases and marketing plans. There will be an interactive aspect to this role and the new Data Analyst will either liaise with external PR contacts themselves, or be great at briefing the marketing team to do so.
Additionally to shaping the ESPC marketing strategy, the Data Analyst will work with member firms to generate topical insights as requested: House selling trends, ,competitor analysis and so on.
With a relevant degree, excellent analytical and decision-making skills, initiative, and enthusiasm, you will have the ability to work well under pressure and achieve challenging targets.
In order to apply for this role you must be able to demonstrate your experience in a data focused role, within a market team. You will have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics & Search Console. If you had experience with SQP or Python that would be preferred as well.
Your excellent team-working and communication skills alongside your customer focus will ensure that you are a perfect fit within Marketing and a valuable asset to ESPC as a whole.
This role is home-based, with regular travel into our Property Information Centre in Edinburgh for meetings and events.
