Are you a strategic marketer with strong digital expertise and a passion for elevating brand presence? We’re supporting a well-established & iconic Scottish business in its search for a Digital & Marketing Manager to oversee the development and delivery of its marketing and digital strategy.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of all marketing activity across multiple customer touchpoints- ensuring campaigns, content, and digital channels are aligned, engaging and commercially impactful. You’ll lead a small team, work closely with senior stakeholders, and play a key role in driving brand consistency and business growth.
What you’ll be responsible for:

Developing and delivering an integrated marketing strategy aligned to business goals

Leading digital performance across website, SEO, CRM, paid media, social and email activity

Overseeing brand management and ensuring cohesive visual and verbal identity

Managing and mentoring a small marketing team

Using data and analytics to measure performance and guide decision-making

Driving continuous improvement across all customer-facing channels and campaigns
What we’re looking for:

Experience in a similar digital/marketing management role

Strong grasp of digital channels, analytics and brand development

Creative mindset with the ability to bring ideas to life across multiple mediums

Confident stakeholder manager with excellent project leadership skills

A proactive, commercially minded marketer who enjoys shaping strategy as much as execution
