Digital Marketing Manager

I am delighted to be partnering with my client, based in Glasgow City Centre, who help brands bring their marketing campaigns to life. In a phase of growth, they are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join their team to focus on lead generation and pipeline. In this role, the Digital Marketing Manager will take sole ownership and turn strategy into results.
Key responsibilities:
- Build, run and optimise end-to-end acquisition journeys.
- Manage Paid Media – Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant paid channels.
- Keyword strategy, technical and on-page SEO, content authority.
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) – Improve landing pages, forms, messaging, and funnel performance.
- Track and report campaign performance, attribution, and pipeline contribution.
- Ensure high-quality leads and effective sales handover.
- Build ICP understanding and drive cross-sell/up-sell journeys.
- Work hands-on with marketing team while maintaining autonomy; no reliance on agencies.
Key requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B demand generation with measurable outcomes.
- HubSpot Expertise – Campaign tracking, reporting, workflows, automation.
- Strong Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO skills.
- Conversion Optimisation (CRO)
- End-to-End System Ownership – Targeting, journeys, budgets, testing, reporting, optimisation.
- Ability to prioritise actions that drive pipeline quality and conversion.
- Hands-on operator with a continuous improvement mindset.
