Due to their continued growth and customer-centric approach, MDDUS have identified an opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. MDDUS are expanding their service offering, and embarking on an exciting time of change, and investment in new capabilities to deliver new products and services to existing and new customers. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping the future for MDDUS and its members.
The ideal candidate will be working as a digital marketing role, within a regulated environment at the moment. The will enjoy working in a data driven role, and have experience in the following areas: Website optimisation, CRO, PPC, Marketing Automation, and Digital Campaign Management.
MDDUS has a small, dedicated team that has punched above its weight, particularly in digital marketing, and has invested in people and technology to broaden its capabilities. The Digital Marketing Manager will work with the Head of Marketing and the wider team to build on this foundation to develop and embed a comprehensive and systematic approach to sales and marketing across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to MDDUS’ digital strategy from a technical perspective and advocate digital best practise to internal stakeholders
Digital marketing acquisition – Implementation of SEO best practice for organic traffic, Paid Advertising (e.g. Google AdWords, Paid Social), retargeting and structural, keywords and ad text optimisation Owning and maintaining MDDUS’ content management system (Sitecore) and implement necessary changes
Build, test and distribute email marketing campaigns and optimise email and landing pages templates for our target groups
Own MDDUS digital applications and analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar, Tag Manager, Adwords) and stay on top of changes and new developments
Providing analysis and making recommendations to improve campaigns
What experience are we looking for?
A high level of analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail will be essential to success in the role
SEO, PPC & data analytic (including web analytics) skills • Proven experience of KPI reporting and measurement of digital performance (working knowledge of the Hubspot platform for data tracking and reporting will be advantageous
Relevant experience in digital marketing including website development, Paid Search & Display (PPC), social media with a commercial background
Experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar, kissmetrics or any other analytics reporting tools
