Digital Project (Account) Manager FTC - Glasgow

A global FMCG company who has a collection of premium spirits is looking for an experienced Digital Project (Account) Manager to support with the redesign of one of their brand websites.  This is a hybrid role based in their Glasgow HQ (Tues, Wed, Thurs) for a period of 12 months. 

Working closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders you will be responsible for the timely delivery and management of this exciting global web project where you will create a seamless single brand and eCommerce experience.  In addition, you will be involved in development web work.

With split reporting to the eCommerce Manager and Web & Social Manager, you will be tasked with:

 

  • Actively managing the website transformation project, owning the relationships between external UX/design partners and internal and external technical partners to ensure a smooth handover of deliverables for development
  • Working closely with technical teams to define brand acceptance criteria and testing scripts
  • Owning the UAT process, liaising with the technical teams and co-ordinate internal team meetings to manage the testing of features across the project
  • Evaluating and reporting on project progress to key stakeholders
  • Managing the prioritisation of the digital roadmap and local market requirements
  • Acting as a key point of contact and support for local market teams as they look to brief digital projects into the central brand team

 

In order to be considered for the role, you will have:

  • Previous experience working as a Digital Project or Digital Account Manager either in an agency or in-house environment
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to converse with individuals at all levels of a business including senior leadership teams
  • Good at building relationships with external agencies or internal departments and have exposure working with different cultures
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and duties to external agencies and internal departments to ensure deadlines are met and within budget
  • An understanding of UX/UI, brand and customer experience from a web perspective as well as a sound knowledge of working with IT/tech teams for technical implementation
  • A digital and consumer first mindset
  • Analytical and data interpretation skills to drive decision making

This 12 month FTC is offering remuneration circa £50,000 plus an array of benefits including company pension up to 14%, life assurance, employee product allocation and 37 days holiday allowance plus other perks.
