Iconic Resourcing HR are working with one of our accountancy firms in Scotland who have offices in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stirling & Aberdeen. We are looking for an Employee Benefits Administrator to join their team. My client currently has an exciting opportunity within their expanding Integrated Employment Solutions team for an Employee Benefits Administrator to manage their portfolio of Group Personal Pension, Group Risk and Healthcare schemes on behalf of their clients.
Day to day you will be:
- Administer crucial aspects of benefits schemes, from onboarding to exit processes.
- Ensure timely updates with providers, keeping schemes current.
- Lead renewals and conduct market reviews for group risk and healthcare plans.
- Spearhead the launch of new benefits, from policy inception to employee communication.
- Handle core pension scheme administration and client enquiries with finesse.
- Play a key role in client meetings, enhancing the client servicing team's effectiveness.
We're Looking For Someone With:
- Proven experience in a benefits-focused role, ideally within a benefits provider, consultancy, or IFA setting.
- A knack for juggling multiple client accounts and meeting tight deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A solid grasp of MS Office and relevant software, with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of industry legislation and best practices.
