The Organisation:
An established organisation in Fife is seeking an experienced Senior HR Specialist to join its HR team during a significant period of organisational change.
As the organisation progresses through a programme of transformation, this role will play a key part in providing expert Employee Relations guidance and change support to leaders, ensuring people matters are managed professionally, fairly and in line with employment law.
The Role:
Working closely with leaders across the organisation, you will provide pragmatic and commercially focused HR advice, managing complex Employee Relations casework and supporting organisational change initiatives.
A key priority will be supporting leaders through a period of organisational change affecting a significant number of employees. You will coach managers to communicate effectively, manage sensitive situations with confidence and navigate the challenges associated with workforce change.
This role offers a varied and demanding caseload across multiple operational areas and requires an HR professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where sound judgement and practical HR expertise are essential.
You will also contribute to the ongoing development of HR policies, processes and guidance that strengthen organisational effectiveness and support consistent people management practices.

You will demonstrate:
- Proven experience managing complex Employee Relations casework
- Experience supporting consultation processes, restructuring or organisational change programmes
- The ability to coach, influence and challenge managers and senior leaders
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- The confidence to manage sensitive situations and deliver difficult messages with professionalism
Experience within the public sector or a similarly complex environment would be advantageous.
You must also be comfortable working in a flexible environment with occasional travel as required.
