Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be supporting our highly-regarded and well-established client as they seek to appoint a Finance Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis within their Cardonald offices. This role will play a key function in supporting the day-to-day administration and finance functions, and therefore, whilst there will be an element of flexibility to the role, there will be a requirement for this position to be fully office-based.

With continued growth and demand across all sectors, our client are eager to appoint a motivated and self-sufficient individual within this key role who will play a pivotal part of the depot's day-to-day running, alongside assisting with various financial tasks. Key areas of the role will surround:

Assisting with the banking and petty cash

Raising PO's and ensuring all supplier queries are dealt with in a timely manner

Collating payroll information and submitting to Head Office, including information on the clock card system

Assisting with credit card reconciliations

Acting as a key POC for all sickness/absence related queries, ensuring these are updated accordingly on the system

Assisting with HR-related administrative tasks such as amendment forms, new starts, leavers, and induction forms.

Ensure all SAP / RTP Orders are receipted and any issues are addressed and allocated to the appropriate person, within a reasonable time frame

Various adhoc administrative tasks as and when required
To be successful in this role, it's important that you hold the following experience:

This role is open to candidates with experience within a similar role, or recent Finance graduates

Self-sufficient with the ability to manage your own workload

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Excellent IT literacy across MS Office package (incl. Excel)

Ability to work well within a fast-paced environment
-
Experience in the analysis of performance statistics and the preparation of management reports would be advantageous
