Iconic Resourcing Accountancy & Finance Division are proud to be partnering with one of Scotland's top law firms as they seek to appoint a Cashroom Assistant on a full-time, hybrid working basis from their Edinburgh offices. This role is on an 3m FTC with potential of extension. Presence within their Edinburgh office is required once per week, with the remainder providing flexibility to work from home.

The role of Cashroom Assistant will contribute towards the daily operation of an efficient and effective cash room service, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy and integrity of data are maintained at all times. Key areas of the role will include:
- Initiating client transfers
- Managing the deposit, including depositing and withdrawing funds
- Recording daily receipts of client checks and funds
- Handling daily client postings
- Facilitating the payment of fees
- Managing and processing expenses
- Handling credit card expenses
- Providing support in the processing of client and firm invoices
To be successful in this role, it's important that you hold the following experience:
- Strong experience within a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop rapport with key stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy skills
- Good IT literacy skills
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- Ability to meet set objectives within a fast-paced environment
