Iconic Resourcing are proud to be partnering with a hugely successful law firm in Central Glasgow in their search to appoint a Cashroom Assistant on a full-time, permanent and hybrid basis.
Established over two decades ago with a solid reputation in the legal industry, our client are known for their excellent service and loyal workforce and are continuing to grow. Reporting directly to the Cashroom Supervisor, the purpose of this role is to provide solid financial administrative support to the Firm's staff, partners and wide client base. Key focus areas surround:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage daily banking transactions for client funds
- Conduct review and reconciliation of bank statements
- Enter financial data accurately
- Facilitate electronic payments, deposits, and withdrawals from multiple online banking platforms
- Handle telephone card payments
- Input third-party invoices into the purchase ledger system
- Print checks as required
- Assist Cashroom Supervisor with miscellaneous tasks as needed
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience within a similar role
- Strong attention to detail, numeracy and problem solving skills
- Excellent IT proficiency skills, with good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

Our client are offering a basic salary of up to c.£28,000 DOE per annum within a 35 hour working week (M-F 9am- 5pm) alongside a hybrid working model. Benefits within this role include a good pension package, excellent private health care and discounted shopping & gym memberships.
