Iconic Resourcing Accountancy & Finance Division are proud to be working with a leading a supported living organisation as they seek to appoint a Finance Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will be primarily remote working with the expectation of being in the office 1 day per week.
Our client have been paving the way in Scotland, providing supported living to adults with learning difficulties and mental health issues as well as any other additional support needs. The role of Finance Administrator will ensure the provision of timely and accurate financial data whilst ensuring ledgers are maintained efficiently to maximise cashflow across the organisation. Key areas of the role will surround:
- Match, batch and coding of invoices
- Raising PO’s & reconciling supplier statements
- Reconciliation of employee expenses
- Processing payments across the organisation
- Adhoc duties as and when required
To be successful the following experience is required:
- Experience within a similar role is desired, but not essential
- This role is open to Finance Graduates either through university, college or AAT
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Driven, motivated and determined attitude
- Ability to manage own workload
