Iconic Resourcing Accountancy & Finance Division are delighted to bring to market this exciting Finance Assistant role with our well-established manufacturing client in Grangemouth. Our client have been established for >50 years', and are world-leader in their specialism. Innovators in their market, they are constantly growing, and seek an experienced Finance Assistant on a full-time, permanent and hybrid working basis.
Reporting into the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full AP & AR lifecycles, ensuring all deadlines are efficiently met. Key areas of the role will surround:

Match, batch and coding invoices, posting invoices to the system accurately

Assigning invoices to the correct ledger
-
Managing the approval invoices, investigating any discrepancies where necessary
-
Raising PO's
-
Reconciling supplier statements
-
Processing of sales invoices and allocating these to the correct accounts
-
Preparing, submitting, and posting payments to creditors
-
Reconciling of creditor statements
-
Checking, processing, and payment of employee expense claims both cash and visa
-
Adhoc duties as and when required
What we're looking for:
-
c.3 years' experience of working within a similar role, with strong AP & AR experience

Excellent IT literacy with the ability to adapt well to new systems
-
Strong communication skills (both written & verbal)
-
Ability to operate well within a fast-paced environment
-
Ability to manage & prioritise own workload
Offering a competitive base salary of up to £35,000 alongside a hybrid working model, flexible hours, generous pension contribution and annual leave allowance.
