We're looking for a commercially sharp Finance Data Analyst to sit at the intersection of finance, sales, and marketing. This isn't a back-office role - you'll be embedded in the business, turning complex data into decisions that directly shape revenue strategy, campaign spend, and commercial performance.

What you'll do

Build and maintain dashboards that give sales and marketing teams real-time visibility into pipeline, campaign ROI, and revenue forecasts

Partner with sales leadership to analyse territory performance, quota attainment, and incentive structures

Evaluate marketing spend efficiency - attributing cost to revenue and identifying where budget is working hardest

Develop monthly financial reports that translate commercial metrics into board-ready narratives

Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing bottom-up analysis from sales pipeline data

Identify trends, anomalies, and commercial opportunities through proactive analysis of customer, product, and market data
Previous Experience
-
Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field

4+ years in a data or financial analysis role, ideally with commercial exposure

Strong proficiency in Excel and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)

SQL skills for pulling and manipulating large datasets

Ability to translate numbers into plain language for non-finance audiences
