- Provide robust financial modelling and insight to support strategic decision-making.
- Act as a key advisor to the Board and support commercial negotiations.
Internal & Client Accounting Oversight
- Oversee internal financial management, statutory compliance and reporting.
- Lead on the handling of significant client monies and ensure robust controls and reconciliations are maintained.
- Manage risk across both the management company and property portfolios.
Team Leadership & Development

- Provide day-to-day support while building longer-term capability within the team.
- Implement structured processes and improve systems where appropriate.
Operational Excellence
- Drive improvements in internal reporting, MI, and processes across all areas of finance and operations.
- Act as a cultural linchpin across the business – able to balance structure with empathy in a highly relationship-driven environment.
- Take ownership of finance-related projects including M&A, systems upgrades and process change.
Your ability to identify risks and opportunities, coupled with your financial acumen, will be critical in ensuring that the companies remain profitable and financially sustainable. Your track record of implementing strong financial control environments will enable you to effectively manage the financial operations of the business.
Our preferred candidate will be:
- A qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a strong foundation in financial leadership.
- Commercially minded with a track record in driving financial performance and leading through growth/change.
- Experience in or knowledge of the property sector is advantageous, though not essential.
- Strong people management skills, with a desire to coach and empower others.
- Entrepreneurial flair and the ability to operate with autonomy.
- Potential to step into a broader leadership or MD-level role in the future.
