Process Transformation Specialist (Accounts Payable)

Are you an Accounts Payable professional who enjoys improving processes as much as managing them?
We're looking for a Process Transformation Specialist to take ownership of our Accounts Payable function while driving automation, AI and continuous improvement across finance. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to influence how the finance team operates and expand into wider finance projects as improvements are implemented.
What you'll be doing
- Managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable process
- Leading process improvement and automation initiatives
- Identifying opportunities to use AI and technology to improve efficiency
- Streamlining workflows and reducing manual processes
- Supporting wider finance transformation projects, including Accounts Receivable
About you
You'll have:
- Strong Accounts Payable experience
- Excellent finance systems and Excel skills
- Experience improving finance processes and workflows
- A proactive, analytical approach with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working
Experience with AI, automation tools, invoice automation software or finance transformation projects would be an advantage.
