Are you a strategic finance professional ready to take on a truly global role? Iconic Resourcing is delighted to be retained by Retronix Semiconductor, a world-leading pioneer in semiconductor services with over 500 staff across multiple global locations, in their search for an exceptional Global Finance Manager to lead the finance function and drive growth across multiple international markets.
This is your chance to lead from the front in a family business that combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on operational excellence. You'll oversee financial operations across multiple divisions and international regions, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and alignment with our corporate strategy while managing a geographically dispersed team of finance professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive global financial strategies aligned with business goals
- Partner directly with the CEO and board of directors on financial modeling, projections, and group EBITDA reporting
- Manage and mentor a high-performing, internationally distributed finance team
- Collaborate across all business areas – Operations, Commercial, HR, and Recruitment
- Oversee preparation of accurate, timely management accounts across all geographies
- Lead comprehensive job costing and project analysis to assess margins and drive profitability
- Manage payroll for 500+ global staff while ensuring local compliance
- Ensure adherence to local GAAP, IFRS, and statutory requirements across all operating regions
- Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecast reviews globally
- Drive treasury and cash management across all entities
Previous Experience
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with experience at Finance Manager or Financial Controller level. Experience in a global role would be highly advantageous, and certainly a degree of interaction with global operations from a finance perspective is required. You should have significant managerial experience with a high performing team. Experience in an owner-managed business would be highly desirable and being a strong business partner is key to success in the role.
