Target Healthcare is a highly reputable, pharmaceutical company headquartered from East Kilbride in Scotland. The Head of People will be responsible for leading the development, implementation and evaluation of people strategies that support the organisation in achieving their vision, mission, and strategic goals. This role will allow you the opportunity to lead an integrated people service that can deliver business goals whilst engaging people-focussed policies. You will champion the people agenda across all employees and leadership groups.
You will lead the HR team both operationally and strategically, assuming responsibility for employee relations, compensation and benefits, organisational development, recruitment, learning and development, performance management and employee engagement. Working closely with the leadership team, you will effectively communicate on all people-related matters. There will be interesting and varied HR Projects to lead.
We are seeking applications from highly experienced senior HR professionals, with a proven track record working as part of a leadership team achieving organisational goals. You will have first-class communication, influencing and stakeholder relationship skills. You will be comfortable working with pace, and within an organisation with ambitious growth plans.
