Iconic Resourcing is working in partnership with a highly ambitious and fast growing professional services organisation to appoint a Head of Digital Marketing based in Glasgow. This is a senior leadership role for an experienced digital first marketing professional who is looking for full ownership of a digital function and the opportunity to shape growth at a strategic level.
This is a specialist advisory business operating within a complex and knowledge led professional services environment. The organisation works with a wide range of clients including high growth businesses and investors, providing expert advice at pivotal moments. They are investing significantly in their digital capability to strengthen brand authority, increase inbound demand and enhance their market presence.
This is a build, shape and lead opportunity rather than a maintenance role. You will take ownership of the full digital marketing ecosystem and be responsible for developing a modern data driven and content led approach that supports business growth, reputation and talent attraction. You will work closely with senior leadership, subject matter experts and external partners to ensure a consistent and high quality digital presence across all channels.
What you will be doing

Full ownership of digital marketing channels including website, content and wider digital ecosystem

Developing and delivering inbound marketing strategies to drive high quality lead generation and pipeline growth

Building and optimising digital funnels across SEO, email, social and paid media to improve performance and conversion

Leading the development of a content strategy that positions the organisation as a market authority in its specialist field

Working closely with internal subject matter experts to translate complex technical expertise into engaging digital content

Supporting employer branding activity and improving digital visibility across relevant platforms and channels

Using data, analytics and performance insight to continuously refine activity and scale what works

Collaborating with senior stakeholders and external partners across CRM, marketing technology and digital tools
About You

Significant experience in digital marketing at a senior level within professional services

Strong track record of owning and evolving digital presence within a complex organisation

Proven experience in inbound demand generation and content led growth strategies

Experience within professional services, consulting, technology or similar knowledge led environments

CIM qualification or equivalent professional marketing background

Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence senior leaders

A balance of strategic thinking and hands on delivery capability
