Location: UK (Hybrid with fortnightly travel to Glasgow)
Salary: £95,000 - £110,000

This is a senior leadership role for an experienced performance marketer with strong commercial instincts and a proven track record of delivering growth at scale. With a substantial monthly paid media budget and in-house creative, content and analytics functions, the business is well-positioned for further growth. The next step requires a leader who can diversify channel mix, improve efficiency and scale sustainably.
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the Head of Performance will take full ownership of customer acquisition strategy across the UK and international markets.
Key responsibilities include:

Owning the full-funnel paid strategy across Google, Meta, YouTube, Affiliates and emerging platforms
