HR, Reward & Payroll Manager – Shared Services

Salary circa £65k
Iconic Resourcing HR are looking to speak with candidates who have Shared Service experience, specifically with a focus on reward, benefits and payroll.
Our client is eager to fill this role and welcomes applications from candidates who can commit to either full-time or part-time hours. They are also open to fixed-term contract candidates who can start immediately and quickly contribute to project work, as well as those interested in a permanent position.
Key responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with all business levels including Directors & CEO
- Maintain and manage relationships with HR software providers
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and promote technology use
- Ensure effective payroll software support and upgrades
- Provide high level HR service administration
- Oversee payroll software provider account
- Manage HR Information System
- Implement new HR technologies and ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Develop and implement people policies
- Benchmark and improve compensation and benefits packages
- Participate in the Pension Regulation Governance
- Drive continuous process improvement and implement effective administrative support
- Provide HR management information for planning and decision making
- Lead statistical reporting such as Gender Pay & Equal Pay audits
- Manage succession planning and talent development within the HR Shared Services team
- Lead of innovative people processes and system development
- Research and implement new HR practices for efficiencies
Skills & knowledge:
- Effective leadership and collaboration
- Strong influencing and negotiating abilities
- Knowledge of payroll and HR systems
- Data orientated, strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail
