I’m supporting a small local business in St Andrews to hire a part-time HR Administrator. It’s a straightforward, hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys being the reliable point of contact for HR admin and is happy to take on a bit more as things develop.
The role includes:
- Keeping employee records up to date
- Supporting recruitment admin and onboarding
- Acting as a first point of contact for day‑to‑day HR queries
- Coordinating training and compliance paperwork
- General HR admin to help keep things running smoothly
About you:
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Comfortable working independently in a small team
- Friendly, approachable and confident dealing with colleagues
- Open to learning and taking on additional responsibilities over time
