Advanta Group is a growing, multi-entity professional services business, bringing together specialist organisations across wealth management, risk, and mortgages to provide integrated advice and solutions. Supporting around 150 colleagues across the UK, the business continues to expand through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
They are looking to appoint an HR Administrator on a fixed term basis to support the day to day running of HR. This is a hands on, end to end role where you will take ownership of all HR administration and be a key point of contact for employees and managers.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the HR inbox, acting as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries, responding in a timely and professional manner
- Support end to end recruitment activity, including coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and preparing offer letters
- Take ownership of onboarding and preboarding, ensuring a smooth process for new starters, issuing contracts, and coordinating inductions
- Provide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle to include contractual changes, probation tracking, absence management and record keeping, leaver processes and maintain accurate and up to date employee records and HR systems
- Help build and improve HR processes, creating templates and guidance where needed, and supporting the team in embedding better ways of working
- Act as a proactive point of contact for the business, educating employees and managers on HR processes and engagement
What You’ll Bring
- Previous HR administration or coordination experience, ideally with exposure to the full employee lifecycle
- Comfortable across recruitment, onboarding, contracts, employee changes, and offboarding
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Confident liaising with employees, managers, and stakeholders; able to guide and educate the business on HR processes
- Maintains accuracy across contracts, letters, HR systems, and compliance-related documentation
- Open to gaining exposure to broader HR areas and developing practical knowledge across the lifecycle
- Understands the responsibility of being the “go-to” person for HR queries
