HR Administrator/Coordinator
Renfrewshire, 4 days onsite
Full Time, 18 month FTC
Salary up to £25,000
Iconic Resourcing HR are seeking a motivated HR Administrator/Coordinator to join our client on a fixed term contract basis for 18 months.
Responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently manage HR enquiries and correspondence
- Provide comprehensive support across various HR matters
- Assist with the end to end recruitment process
- Offer basis HR and employment law advice
- Generate meeting documentation and support HR meetings
- Assist in gathering people management information and support employee communications
- Maintain accurate administrative records
- Contribute to HR projects
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders
Experience required:
- Proven HR Administration skills in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS office
- Good understanding of HR Administrative practices and GDPR
- Effective time management
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities
